◎ Description： 

A shrimp processing factory in Andhra Pradesh faced challenges with wastewater management due to clogs and slow processing time. The wastewater from each production step, from cleaning to freezing and storage, goes to a 1.5-ton collection tank, necessitating a speedy transfer to the treatment tank. However, the transportation was frequently interrupted by low flow and clogging due to its outdated pump. The factory replaced the old pump with HCP PUMP 7.5kW AF Series Submersible Sewage/Wastewater Pumps 100(150)AFE47.5 to resolve the clogging issue. The highly efficient, non-clogging E-type Channel Impeller is designed for large capacity and solid passage. The 100(150)AFE47.5 pump shortens wastewater transport to 2~3 hours from 8~9 hours without clogging. The factory increases its production without interruption after the replacement.
